Order Process & Shipping
- Please allow 1-3 business days for order to ship
- A tracking number will be provided to either the email or phone number you provide at check out
- All orders are shipped USPS
- Once items are in possession/scanned by USPS, ATS is not liable for delayed, lost or damaged products.
- There is no insurance included on the shipping charge but if you would like to add insurance please leave it in the order notes
Returns/Exchanges:
- Must have proof of purchase
- Items can only be returned for store credit or exchange
- Must be returned within 10 days of delivery date
- Email us the tracking number for the package you are sending back
- If the return/exchange package is lost in the mail coming back to us we will not be able to honor the store credit or exchange, so make sure to get insurance on your item when sending it back! If this does happen, you will be responsible for contacting USPS for your insurance claim.

- Shipping Charges are non-refundable
Item Repairs:
- ATS guarantees all jewelry pieces over $65.00 for 60 days from purchase date and will have repaired as long as damages were not caused by the buyer
- If we are not able to repair the item we will replace it
- If the damaged item cannot be repaired or replaced we will give you store credit for the amount you paid for item.
